Section C-3A is the combination of five different lodges in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois. Section C-3A currently serves approximately 2,500 Arrowmen.
In 2008, Cho-Gun-Mun-A-Nock, Sac-N-Fox, and Timmeu Lodges belonged to Section C-1C. Konepaka Ketiwa Lodge was a member of of Section C-3B and Wenasa Quenhotan belonged to Section C-3C. The Central Region then underwent a realignment in 2009. Sac-N-Fox moved to Section C-1B, Cho-Gun-Mun-A-Nock and Timmeu Lodges moved to Section C-3A, and Wenasa Quenhotan joined Section C-3B. Following the Section C-1B, C-3A, and C-3B conclaves in 2012 the current alignment occurred. This meant Section C-3A was now comprised of Cho-Gun-Mun-A-Nock, Konepaka Ketiwa, Sac-N-Fox, Timmeu, and Wenasa Quenhotan Lodges.
